Xanthe Gladstone
Xanthe Gladstone is an organic grower, chef and sustainable food advocate. Xanthe tends the beautiful Victorian walled garden on the Hawarden Estate in North Wales, where she holds baking and growing workshops and hosts supper clubs. She’s also the Director of Food and Food Sustainability at Hawarden, Glen Dye and The Good Life Experience. After growing up in the wilds of Scotland, relishing in the freedoms of being outdoors and immersed in nature, she followed her peers to London where she landed a marketing job. But Xanthe didn’t take to city life. In fact, it made her miserable. So she quit her job, moved to Wales, plunged her hands into the soil and became a food grower.
